INTRODUCTION
Just as physical goods are stored in physical storage systems, data are now preferably stored and managed in electronic systems. One crucial strategy in this challenge is the
evolution of computer-based database. A database is a structured collection of records or data that is in a computer system so that a computer program or person using a query
language can consult it to answer questions. The records renewed in answer to queries cue Information that can be used to make decisions. The computer program used to
manage and query a database is known. as a database management system (DBMS). MS Access is used ‘by business organizations to create customized systems for handling and manipulating data, even in a web based environment.
